MyLinkPe provides a platform for creating and managing UPI payment links, digital invoices, and a mini online store for Indian businesses. The Service allows users to:

• Generate payment links for UPI transactions
• Create and share GST-compliant invoices
• Set up a mini store to showcase products
• Track payments and orders
• Manage customer information

3. User Account

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to sell prohibited items or services

5. Payment Processing

MyLinkPe facilitates payment link creation but does not process payments directly. All payments are processed through UPI (Unified Payments Interface). You acknowledge that:

• MyLinkPe is not a payment gateway or payment service provider
• Payments are made directly to your UPI ID
• You are responsible for payment disputes with your customers
• MyLinkPe is not liable for failed or disputed transactions

6. Pricing and Fees

MyLinkPe currently offers its basic services free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce premium features with associated fees
• Modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Offer promotional pricing or discounts at our discretion

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to MyLinkPe (product descriptions, images, business information). By uploading content, you grant MyLinkPe a license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide the Service.

All intellectual property rights in the MyLinkPe platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, belong to MyLinkPe.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using MyLinkPe, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLinkPe shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions or inactions of third parties, including payment processors
• Disputes between users and their customers

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
